This was my birthday present for Emu ( [link] ) one of my besht friends. She's totally obsessed with My Chemical Romance, and Mikey's her favorite. So, here he is, in plushie form! (And yes, I know this is 'Revenge'-era Mikey, before he dyed his hair and lost his glasses. Emu requested it specially.)
It took me about a day to make Mikey. I used (among other things) muslin, polar fleece, felt, fabric/Prismacolor markers, paint, a sewing machine, a glue gun, and an old pair of short-shorts. Mr. Way's checkered sneakers were made with the help of fabric paint.
Unfortunately, I did not have any of Mikey's hair/toenails/teeth to put in the plushie, which is a shame because then he would've been a sweet little voodoo dude :B
